Generally, when you began a new skincare routine, your skin will experience the detox phase. When using our all natural, hand-crafted products, the skin needs time to adjust and detoxify. This phase is temporary and typically lasts between 3-4 weeks with consistent use. This happens when a new skincare product causes pimple formation to speed up, making those clogged pores lurking below the skin's surface (called microcomedones) to slowly make their way to the surface of your skin. This will seem like a big breakout. 

If you continue to notice an increase in breakouts and feel it's due to your new regimen, we highly suggest discontinuing use of the products or switching back to your old regimen. Important note: Everyone’s skin is different. If your skin becomes irritated, red or itchy with bumps, this could be more of an allergic reaction, and you should consult with a dermatologist.
